Health Guarantee

The puppy being purchased is up to date on all vaccinations and deworming at the time of purchase. Puppy has been vet checked by our licensed veterinarian before leaving our premises and has been found in good health. Puppy is guaranteed to be free of any life (death) threatening congenital conditions for up to one year from the date of birth. Breeder will replace the puppy at the breeder’s discretion when one becomes available, no money refund will be given at any time. Breeder is not responsible for any vet fees or medical bills incurred with the puppy, under no circumstances will they be paid by us. Buyer understands that replacement puppy hopefully will but may not have the same color/markings or body structure and can take up to 10 months.

If this puppy dies of heart failure (not related to heat stroke, injury, or failure to seek treatment of a respiratory problem), cancer, or kidney failure (not related to heat stroke or toxic poisoning) within one year of birth, the seller will replace the puppy with a puppy from the seller’s next available litter. The original puppy does not need to be returned in order to receive replacement puppy. New owner must take their puppy to their veterinary within 3 weeks of when they receive their puppy or this health guarantee is void. All shots and deworming must be kept up to date and documented by a licensed veterinarian. If the puppy tests positive for heart worms at any point, this entire guarantee is void. Buyer must keep and be able to provide all vet records to show adherence to this guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover what is considered normal genetic problems in the bulldog breed such as: cherry eye, hot spots, manage, all hernias, stenotic nares, patella luxation grades 1, 2, 3, 4 coccidiosis, giardia, loose hip and joints, elongated soft palate, kennel cough, pneumonia, rectal/vaginal prolapse- but not limited to those. Parvo is covered by this health guarantee if the puppy got it within 3 days of arriving at the new family’s home.
This guarantee does not cover any costs for spaying or neutering including undescended testicles. Also not covered if puppy died during surgery, result of a surgery or during post-surgery period. If the puppy dies because of malnutrition or a drop in blood sugar, which is confirmed by the vet, no puppy replacement will be made. Any condition found to be the fault of improper care or diet is not covered under this guarantee. Buyer agrees that he/she is responsible for shipping costs of replacement puppy. All of the above mentioned conditions must be met or all guarantees will be void. This health guarantee is void and not transferable if the puppy is sold or given to a third party. 

Buyer’s signature confirms that he or she understands the English language and fully agrees to all parts of the health guarantee and contract. Based on the terms of this contract, no law suit can be taken against High Bench French Bulldogs at any time. If you follow breed care instructions, train and socialize your puppy from day one you will have a happy healthy dog that will thrive with your family. No size or color guarantee is made for the puppy. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take the dog to regular vet checks, provide shelter, food and water, as well as vaccines and deworming. With the proper care, we know you and your puppy will spend many happy years together!
